Get to know me

 I am a Certified Professional Life Coach and a Certified Mindfulness coach who is aspiring to expand my knowledge for myself and my clients every season. Here's the simple version. I am human just like you. I inhale and exhale, I bleed red, I suffer, I fail, I forgive, and I keep fighting to survive this crazy life. My name is Sarah. I am 37 and have two kids; 18 and 8. I have lived long enough to know better and short enough to still care. I have recently walked through my own journey of living to learn my life unphased. I realized that life is never what we want it to be but what we create it to be. I have walked away from a life expected of me, unraveled the secrets within me, claimed my own truths, and found my peace.
